Mr. Gelb has 35 years of consulting hydrogeology experience, including hazardous waste site investigation, the design and implementation of groundwater monitoring and remediation programs. He also helped develop the ESC program.
He provides senior technical guidance of major Triad/ESC programs with a particular emphasis on complex DNAPL site evaluation for both chlorinated solvents and MGP wastes.

Mr. Ruf is a Licensed NJ Test Borer with 20 years experience in the application of the High Resolution Site Characterization techniques at a variety of Brownfields,industrial,Superfund/RCRA sites throughout the US.
He is responsible for implementing and managing all Direct-Push and Direct Sensing services.
